I could never find any attendants on the floor when I had trouble with a machine. By the time my meal finally came out the fries were cold and hard and not enjoyable. Once I was given a menu it was another 10 minutes before my order was taken. I sat in the Lounge for over 30 minutes (Literally), until someone noticed me and there were only 8 people in the entire Lounge. No surround sound video games or interaction machines. They don't clean room daily due to covid and they did bring fresh towels, soap and coffee pods for the coffee make once we asked for them.
